These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MedSpa OS website and services. Media Matters (Pty) Ltd, trading as MedSpa OS and UseAmy (“UseAmy”, “MedSpa OS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a legal entity established in the Republic of South Africa, provides AI-powered front desk and business support services for aesthetic clinics and related businesses. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
MedSpa OS provides AI-assisted communication, lead follow-up, appointment support, reminder systems, review generation, retention campaigns, reporting, and related business support services for aesthetic clinics and Med Spas.
Services may evolve over time as the platform develops.
Each plan includes a monthly conversation allowance (for example, 360 conversations per month on Starter and 750 conversations per month on Growth). A conversation is counted per client thread within a calendar month.
If your clinic approaches its monthly conversation limit, we will notify you in advance and give you the option to upgrade to a higher plan for additional capacity. Amy will not silently stop responding mid-month, and there are no automatic overage charges. Any change of plan takes effect in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
We offer a 30-day guarantee on standard plans. If Amy does not work for your clinic within the first 30 days of going live, we will refund the setup fee in full, with no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below within the 30-day period. Monthly service fees for the period Amy was live are not refundable, and the guarantee applies to the once-off setup fee only.
Founding clinic and pilot arrangements may include their own terms in place of a setup-fee refund. Where the setup fee is waived, no setup-fee refund applies, and the clinic remains free to stop using the service in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.
MedSpa OS does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or healthcare services. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the clinic, practitioner, and patient.

While we strive to provide reliable services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. MedSpa OS may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time.
All website content, branding, materials, software, workflows, and service methodologies remain the property of MedSpa OS unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpa OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the website or services.
Clients remain responsible for business decisions, staffing decisions, medical decisions, and patient communications.
Any information collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Pilot programs may be offered with limited availability and may include features, pricing, or service structures that differ from future commercial offerings.
MedSpa OS reserves the right to modify or discontinue pilot programs at any time.
Either party may terminate a service arrangement in accordance with the agreed commercial terms. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
